Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restriction or other legitimate operational reasons.

Product Information

We aim to describe our fishing gear, tackle accessories and outdoor equipment as accurately as possible.

Minor differences in color, finish, packaging or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, batch variation or other reasonable factors.

Prices & Charges

Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final order total are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors where identified.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

Shipping

For standard shipping to supported destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfilment partners depending on inventory availability, product location and destination.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us promptly before fulfilment begins.

We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfilment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution where applicable.

Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions presented with the applicable promotion.

Errors & Availability

We may correct genuine pricing, description, inventory or technical errors when identified.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
